Many families still live in flimsy shacks in Bandua. In November the team went up to bless 10 more families with new homes.

Rescuing families off the streets of Addis sounds exaggerated but it is true - Elizabeth and her daughter Febien are reaching out with the practical love of Jesus to the ones and families living and begging on the streets of Addis, finding them safe rooms to live, clothes to wear food to eat. This is what Charis is all about.

It was such a blessing to be with our team in October and November to see the start of the building of the Life Centre in Vilanculos.

Charis believes education offers children a hope and a future and so has been delighted to be able to equip 20+ children again

The conflict in Oromio, Ethiopia continues unabated. The town of Nekemte where Elizabeth lives and ministers is becoming more and more dangerous.

Elizabeth reached out to her and with Charis support has put her with Hawi and grandma where she is now very happy and going to school. What a transformation!
